Virtual Anzac Dawn Service
Due to the continued adverse weather across Sydney, we have made the very hard decision to change the 2022 Anzac Day Dawn Service at Pinegrove Memorial Park to a virtual-only event.
This decision was made with a focus on the safety of visitors to the Park and the protection of the Park grounds and memorials.
The Dawn Service will be streamed LIVE at 4:45am. The live stream will be available via the Pinegrove Facebook page. Like our Facebook page to get notified when the Dawn Service is live.
We note that many in our community may be disappointed with not being able to attend in person. All can still be part of the Dawn Service, albeit virtually, with the veterans who personify the ANZAC spirit. Although we will not be able to stand with them in person, the live stream will allow us to pay respect, commemorate and remember the sacrifice of our servicemen and women.
We thank you for your understanding and look forward to returning to Western Sydney’s largest dawn service at Pinegrove Memorial Park in 2023.
